Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Product Owner/Manager to lead discovery, roadmaps, and backlogs for digital experiences in the claims journey.

You will collaborate with Technology, UX, Architecture, Operations, and Data teams, apply AI to document analysis and automation, and prioritize initiatives through pilots and proofs of concept.

Fluent English and working knowledge of Spanish are valued; PEGA and low-code/no-code experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in an equivalent role
• Strong command of discovery, roadmapping, backlog management, refinement, and user stories
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience with digital products, workflows, integrations, and automations
• Analytical, structured, proactive profile with strong execution capabilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent English and intermediate Spanish, due to regular interaction with international teams
• Preferred: experience in the Insurance and/or Claims sector
• Preferred: knowledge of PEGA or low-code/no-code platforms
• Preferred: hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and process automation, especially applied to operational journeys

Responsabilidades

• Build and enhance digital experiences for audiences in the claims journey
• Enhance workflows, business rules, integrations, and automations
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to document analysis, validation, decision support, and process automation
• Develop and test solutions for fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) identification and prevention
• Lead discovery initiatives, testing, pilots, and proofs of concept
• Track results and propose continuous improvement of implemented solutions
• Understand journey-related problems and translate them into product hypotheses and solutions
• Lead discovery, refinement, and initiative prioritization
• Build and manage the roadmap and backlog
• Create user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with Technology, UX, Architecture, Operations, and Data teams
• Identify opportunities for digitization and automation
• Explore AI and low-code/no-code tools to accelerate testing and validation
• Report results and present initiatives to leadership
