Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-driven solutions in Brazil. You will define the product vision, map client pain points, and translate business requirements into a prioritized backlog for an interdisciplinary team.

You will drive agile ceremonies, engage with C-level executives and engineers, and ensure knowledge transfer through comprehensive documentation and wikis. Coding is not required, but technical fluency will support thoughtful discussions.

Qualificações

• Strong experience in digital product management, including product vision, scope, backlog, roadmap, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• End-to-end experience, from discovery through delivery.
• Practical knowledge of artificial intelligence, including LLMs, AI agents, machine learning, NLP, and RAG.
• Coding is not required, but you must understand enough to engage in productive technical discussions and assess feasibility.
• Analytical skills to collect, interpret, and present data.
• Clear and persuasive communication with client C-level executives, engineers, data scientists, and business teams.
• Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency, the ability to prioritize under pressure, and a focus on solution delivery.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar tools.
• Ability to manage documentation and create organized knowledge bases, including taxonomies, wikis, and visual frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer discovery by mapping real pain points, validating business hypotheses, and determining whether and how artificial intelligence is the best solution
• Define and communicate the product vision to all stakeholders, from the client’s executive leadership to the squad’s data engineer
• Build and prioritize the backlog, translating business requirements into actionable Agile tasks (PBIs) for the engineering team
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, demos, and strategic client checkpoints
• Shield the squad from external interference and maintain operational momentum
• Own scope and risk management, identifying deviations and escalating issues when necessary
• Track impact metrics for delivered solutions
• Produce status reports that demonstrate value to strategic stakeholders
• Organize wikis, boards, documentation, and project artifacts
• Participate in the post-MVP lifecycle, supporting knowledge transfer to the client and the solution’s continuous evolution
