Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking a Business Analyst to gather requirements, map processes, and bridge the gap between technology teams and business units.

You will prepare BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Use Cases, support backlog management with POs and Scrum Masters, and contribute to BI with Power BI and SQL.

Qualificações

• Experience gathering business requirements and documenting system rules.
• Ability to map and analyze processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Experience acting as a bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency in documenting BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Knowledge of BPMN.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Experience with backlog management.
• Data analysis and BI using Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• English proficiency for interaction with international teams.
