Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to own the data-context domain, driving strategy, roadmaps, and delivery for LATAM teams. You will translate business requirements into actionable Jira stories and align with data and engineering leaders in a hybrid governance setup.

The role emphasizes Agile/Scrum practices, stakeholder communication, and a strong analytical mindset to prioritize discovery-to-delivery cycles. English fluency is required; Spanish is highly desirable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years in Product Management, ideally with data/BI.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder communication with business and engineering.
• Analytical mindset with prioritization skills.
• Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own domain/data-context product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization with business stakeholders and technical team.
• Refine business requirements and translate into clear, actionable user stories in Jira.
• Bridge between business needs and engineering execution.
• Participate in daily ceremonies, unblock dependencies, support complex demands.
• Lead weekly roadmap alignment with Data Leaders and Tech Leads.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog; support sprint planning.
• Contribute to planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with peer Product Managers.
• Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data and reporting products for LATAM teams.
• Work within a hybrid Business/IT governance model with Data Leaders, Tech Leads, and an engineering squad.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's Degree


• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with data, analytics, or BI products


• Solid experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as Jira


• Strong stakeholder communication skills, comfortable engaging both business and engineering audiences


• Analytical mindset with strong prioritization skills and autonomy to drive discovery-to-delivery cycles


• Advanced level of English


• Advanced level of Spanish is highly desirable
