YasNiTech Community Group. is seeking a Business Analyst with digital transformation experience to drive process optimization and AI-enabled efficiency. You will gather requirements, document PRDs, and support ROI assessments across business units.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to map AS-IS/TO-BE processes, with autonomy to shape the transformation roadmap and technology choices.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in project management, process analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Ability to lead requirements documentation and PRD creation.
• Experience in feasibility analysis and ROI assessment.
• Strong communication across business and technical teams.
• Experience mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes and roadmaps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead collection and consolidation of business requirements; produce PRDs and functional artifacts.

Business Analyst with experience in digital transformation, process optimization, and the application of Generative AI to drive efficiency, data analysis, and decision-making support.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, process analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Software, or related fields), Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Languages: Fluent English and Intermediate Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Lead the collection, analysis, and consolidation of business requirements, producing PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and other functional artifacts.
• Feasibility Analysis and ROI Assessment: Support the commercial and product teams in evaluating cost-benefit, business impact, and expected return on proposed solutions.
• Business Validation and QA: Ensure that the implemented solution effectively addresses the identified problem by validating business rules, client objectives, and expected outcomes.
• Process Consulting and Transformation: Analyze the client’s current environment, map AS-IS and TO-BE processes, and define the implementation roadmap for the required technology solutions.

Must Have

• Experience in stakeholder negotiation and expectation management across different business areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong planning, organizational, and delivery tracking capabilities.
  
• Experience in project planning and management.
  
• Process mapping expertise, with solid knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) for business process modeling.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams, effectively connecting technical aspects to business impact.
  
• Fluent English and Intermediary Spanish

Knowledge and Certifications

• Experience with data analysis and data migration.
  
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI, at least at a foundational level.
  
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, with the ability to design and develop advanced prompts.
  
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code solutions and AI integrations.
  
• Experience in workflow automation using agentic AI.
