Jobtailor is seeking a strategic AI Leader to drive the evolution of our AI programs from pilots to scalable operations. You will own ongoing AI initiatives, define priorities and metrics, and establish governance and decision-making processes across the organization.

You will map business challenges to high-impact AI solutions, build a backlog, and present recommendations to leadership while influencing stakeholders and ensuring delivery without direct management.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Generative AI tools.
• Knowledge of AI agents and intelligent assistants.
• Knowledge of no-code and low-code automation.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering applied to business tasks.
• Knowledge of backlog prioritization, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in technology companies or environments with a strong culture of innovation (a plus).
• Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Digital Transformation Specialist, or AI Lead (a plus).
• Track record of implementing AI solutions in production environments (a plus).
• Basic knowledge of systems integration or data analysis (a plus).
• Track record of using AI to solve business, process, or operational challenges.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evolution of the company’s AI initiatives from pilot to scalable operations with business impact.
• Own AI initiatives underway and define priorities, metrics, and tracking criteria.
• Establish governance, planning, and decision-making processes for AI programs.
• Implement routines for tracking and monitoring results and progress from experimentation to operation.
• Identify new opportunities to apply AI within the operation and map business challenges to solutions.
• Build and prioritize a backlog of AI initiatives and present recommendations to leadership.
• Influence stakeholders and coordinate initiatives to ensure delivery without direct people management.

• Ensure projects progress from experimentation to effective operation

• Conduct rapid, low-cost tests to validate hypotheses
