Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in the insurance domain. You will collaborate with business areas and Technology to define needs and deliver solutions.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, gather requirements, and monitor timelines and testing across multiple concurrent projects in a hybrid work model (three days in office, two days remote).

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Solid knowledge of the insurance market and the insurance value chain.
• Strong project management experience.
• Knowledge of the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, specification, development, testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and facilitating project ceremonies.
• Experience in corporate environments requiring close collaboration between business areas and Technology.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (three days in the office and two days working from home).
