Qualificações

• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, M365, and integrations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell / MS Graph.
• Experience managing applications, APIs, and automation.
• Knowledge of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and service improvement.
• Fluent in English.
