What to Expect
  • Partner with Recruiting to support field hiring, including reviewing job descriptions and candidate experience.
  • Lead seamless onboarding for Field Sales team members, coordinating structured 30/60/90-day check-ins.
  • Administer leave of absence (LOA) cases and act as primary contact for field employee benefits-related matters.
  • Guide field managers through performance enablement cycles and support learning and development initiatives.
  • Plan and support team-building and recognition initiatives to drive field engagement and retention.
Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-8 years of HR experience in a business partner, generalist, or employee experience role, with field or distributed workforce support.
  • Deep understanding of core HR practices: employee relations, compliance, performance management, onboarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing sensitive situations with discretion, empathy, and clarity.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and a bias for action.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in beauty, CPG, or lifestyle/creative industries.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, Culture Amp, HiBob, or similar.
  • Enthusiasm for helping people do their best work.
  • Passion for employee experience and supporting high-performing, values-driven teams.
