Senior Lawyer

Type: Hybrid (2x per week at the office)

Overview

At Medtronic, the Legal department serves as a true business partner. The Senior Lawyer will act as a business partner for one of our Business Divisions, providing strategic legal support across all areas of law.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice, consultancy, and services to internal clients.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations with external clients.
• Draft and review contracts.
• Keep up to date on legislative issues.
• Perform legal and strategic analysis related to legal matters.
• Advise on risk assessment and regulatory topics.
• Develop, revise, and implement specific training programs.
• Supervise corporate governance issues and related committees.
• Coordinate demands with external law firms, supervising their activities.

Must Haves

• Active professional register.
• At least 5 years of graduation.
• Previous experience as an in‑house counsel.
• Fluent English.
