You will partner with business units to understand manpower needs, attract top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience and smooth onboarding.

The role requires a diploma or degree in HR or related fields, 2–3 years in recruitment and HR operations, knowledge of Singapore employment law, and strong communication and stakeholder

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from profiling to offers.
• Build a sustainable talent pipeline via portals, referrals, agencies, campus recruitment.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding (work passes, medical checks, orientation).
• Maintain recruitment records for reporting, compliance and audits.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including leave, benefits, engagement and grievances.
• Review and improve HR and recruitment processes; ensure compliance with Singapore laws.

Senior HR Executive, Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) to manage end-to-end recruitment and support key HR operations. The role partners closely with business units to understand manpower needs, attract suitable talent, deliver a positive candidate and onboarding experience, and ensure HR practices remain compliant, efficient and aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including role profiling, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, shortlisting, reference checks, salary proposals and offer management.
• Partner business units and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, recommend suitable sourcing channels and build a sustainable talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, agencies, career fairs and campus recruitment.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding arrangements, including appointment letters, work pass applications, medical check-ups, documentation, system updates and orientation arrangements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, employee information and HR documentation to support reporting, compliance, audit and workforce planning needs.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and employee matters, including leave and benefits administration, employee engagement, appraisal exercises, staff welfare, retention initiatives, staff enquiries, disciplinary issues and grievances.
• Review and improve recruitment, onboarding and HR processes; support HR policy implementation, compliance with Singapore employment legislation, HR projects, government surveys and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR practices and recruitment-related compliance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees and hiring managers at all levels.
• Resourceful and proactive, with good sourcing ability and a keen interest in recruitment market trends and employer branding.
• Well-organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player who is also able to work independently with initiative, urgency and sound judgement.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and service orientation when handling employee and candidate matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using HR systems, recruitment platforms and job portals.
