TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced HR leader to head the Singapore HR team, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliant, efficient HR services across payroll, administration and employee lifecycle processes.

You will drive governance in Oracle HCM, lead system enhancements, and partner with Corporate HRIS to automate HR processes while advising leaders on workforce planning and talent strategies.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years HR experience, with 3+ years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Manufacturing sector experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR best practices.
• IHRP-CP or IHRP-SP certification is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree; Diploma accepted with substantial experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Singapore HR team and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring effective workload allocation, timely service delivery and continuous team development.
• Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and internal company policies, while overseeing payroll governance, HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain and review HR policies, SOPs and documentation, and lead internal and external HR audits to ensure proper governance and controls.
• Own Oracle HCM governance, lead UAT for system enhancements, partner with Corporate HRIS and drive HR automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to assigned business groups, advising leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategies and business transformation.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and investigations, including disciplinary issues, performance concerns and other sensitive employee cases.
• Lead annual performance management, talent reviews and succession planning, while partnering with Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams on hiring and reward decisions.
• Identify organisational capability gaps and recommend suitable development initiatives to strengthen employee and leadership capability.
• Monitor and analyse key workforce metrics, including attrition, absenteeism, headcount, hiring effectiveness, OT trends, new-hire turnover and retention scorecards, and present insights to senior leadership.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives, including appreciation programmes, wellness activities, recognition initiatives and Core Values Surveys, with follow-up actions to improve employee experience and engagement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Candidates with a Diploma and significant relevant experience will also be considered. IHRP-CP or IHRP-SP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in an HR leadership or supervisory role.
• Manufacturing industry experience is essential, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading a broad spectrum of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, workforce planning, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
