MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to support daily HR and administrative operations across the full employee lifecycle in Singapore. The role covers payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and HR processes, with emphasis on compliance and data accuracy.
The candidate should have 3–5 years of HR experience, a diploma or degree in HR, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint. A work pass and payroll knowledge are essential, with AWS + variable bonus potential for performance.
Basic Salary: $4000 - $4500
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.45pm. Alternate Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm (work from home arrangement).

Support daily HR and administrative operations across the full employee lifecycle.
Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks and hiring documentation.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, probation confirmation, contract renewals, transfers, promotions and resignations.
Process monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave and other payroll inputs.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave and HR system information.
Handle Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations, and monitor pass expiry dates and foreign manpower records.
Prepare employment contracts and HR letters, including confirmation, promotion, transfer and salary adjustment letters.
Administer employee benefits, medical insurance, claims, leave and welfare matters.
Coordinate training programmes, including scheduling, training providers, documentation, attendance and claims.
Maintain HR trackers and prepare regular headcount, turnover, recruitment, leave, OT and payroll reports.
Support annual HR exercises, including performance appraisals, salary reviews, bonuses and manpower budgeting.
Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll, leave, benefits, policies and HR procedures.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, festive celebrations and team-building programmes.
Support statutory requirements, HR audits, employment regulations and company policy compliance.
Assist with HR process improvements, digitalisation and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Coordinate HR/admin vendors, quotations, purchase requests, invoices, office supplies and corporate uniforms.
Prepare HR reports, presentations, employee communications and correspondence.
Maintain confidentiality of employee, payroll and sensitive HR information.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably covering payroll and HR operations.
Experience using Info-Tech or similar HR/payroll systems is preferred.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws, Work Pass requirements and HR practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI and digital tools is an advantage.
