RecruitPedia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) to lead manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment across business units.

Our client is a leading engineering and industrial solutions company with established operations in Singapore and the region. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) to strengthen their talent acquisition and HR operations, supporting workforce planning and business growth. They are located in the North – easily accessible.
Partner with business units on manpower planning, hiring priorities and recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce requirements.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate assessment, offer management, onboarding and talent pipeline development.
Drive recruitment effectiveness through employer branding, candidate experience, hiring metrics, recruitment channels and process improvements.
Support key HR activities including work pass administration, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, retention, disciplinary and grievance matters.
Review and enhance HR policies, recruitment SOPs and compliance practices in line with Singapore employment requirements.
Lead HR digitalisation and automation initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency, data accuracy and overall employee experience.
Guide and develop HR team members while supporting the HR Manager in delivering HR advisory and talent acquisition initiatives.
Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline with 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in Talent Acquisition and HRBP.
Strong hands‑on experience in end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning and talent sourcing.
Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, HR policies and fair recruitment practices.
Prior supervisory experience with proficiency in HR systems, recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office; HR digitalisation experience is an advantage.
