We are looking for a Senior HR Analyst, with a strong focus on HR Systems and Processes. This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, optimization, integration, and transformation of HR systems, representing the needs and requirements of the LATAM region in global initiatives and ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
- Knowledge of systems integration, HR data management, reporting, and People Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems, HR operations, HCM platforms, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation and regulatory requirements; knowledge of other LATAM countries is a plus.
- Proven experience supporting and/or leading HR technology implementation and transformation projects.
- Experience working in multinational organizations, across regions and with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of process mapping, continuous improvement, and project management.
Responsibilities:
HR Systems & Technology
- Represent the LATAM region in global HR technology discussions, projects, and forums.
- Act as the regional point of contact for HR systems and HR operational processes.
- Support the evaluation, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of HR technology platforms.
- Ensure that business requirements from the LATAM region are properly identified and incorporated into global solutions.
- Coordinate, together with the IT team, system updates, integrations, enhancements, and regional implementations.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, automate, and improve HR processes through technology.
- Monitor trends in HR technology, including AI and automation, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Legacy Systems Management
- Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing HR systems.
- Coordinate issue resolution, process improvements, and user support activities.
- Support data migration, testing, validation, and system transition activities.
- Ensure business continuity throughout migrations and transformation initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security requirements, including Brazil's LGPD.
Project & Transformation Management
- Participate in and coordinate regional HR technology and process transformation projects.
- Develop project plans, timelines, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate collaboration among HR, IT, Finance, payroll providers, external partners, and business stakeholders.
- Support change management activities, including training, communication, and user adoption.
- Track project progress and support successful implementation and adoption.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Partner with Payroll and HR Operations teams to improve process effectiveness, controls, and compliance.
- Support payroll-related systems, integrations, reporting, and controls.
- Support the development and standardization of regional HR procedures and controls.
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and regulatory requirements across LATAM countries.
- Assess and support the implementation of required changes to HR systems, processes, and controls.
