Jobtailor in São Caetano do Sul, Brazil is seeking an HR Operations professional to provide coverage across LATAM. You will support onboarding, employee data, benefits, payroll, and policy questions via voice, chat, and case management channels.

You will create and maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with LATAM labor laws and data privacy standards. Collaboration with LATAM People Services and continuous improvement initiatives are key aspects of this role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• English at least intermediate (written and verbal).
• Native or proficient Spanish (written and verbal).
• Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services supporting LATAM countries.
• Knowledge of HR processes, lifecycle management, and service delivery models.
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting tools.
• Availability to work in São Caetano do Sul and LATAM business hours.
• No GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience in multinational/shared services environments preferred.
• HR transformation and process improvement experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver HR operational support to employees and stakeholders across LATAM.
• Provide HR support via voice, chat, and case management channels.
• Respond to onboarding, employee data, benefits, payroll support, leave, and policy requests.
• Create, update and maintain confidential employee records in HR systems.
• Triage and resolve HR cases within established SLAs and quality standards.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR specialists or Centers of Expertise.
• Ensure compliance with LATAM labor legislation, policies and data privacy.
• Identify process improvements and participate in digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with LATAM People Services to standardize processes while addressing regional requirements.
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests.

• Create, update, and maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems
• Triage and resolve HR cases within established service levels and quality standards
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR specialists or Centers of Expertise
• Ensure compliance with LATAM labor legislation, company policies, and data privacy requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with LATAM People Services teams to standardize processes while addressing regional requirements
• Support audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requests as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum intermediate English (written and verbal)
• Native or proficient Spanish (written and verbal)
• Portuguese is a strong plus
• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or People Services, supporting multiple LATAM countries
• Knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and service delivery models
• Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Availability to work in São Caetano do Sul
• Availability to provide support coverage during LATAM business hours
• GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship; applicants must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future
• Experience in multinational/shared services environments preferred
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms preferred
