Evolution Gaming Limited in Brazil is seeking a Head of HR LATAM to shape talent strategy across the region and partner with senior leaders to drive a high-performance culture.

You will lead HR initiatives from recruitment and development to engagement and compliance, overseeing multiple locations and ensuring consistent people practices across LATAM.

Qualificações

• Higher academic or professional education in Human Resources.
• Proven experience (minimum of 8 years) as an HR leader or senior HRBP.

Responsabilidades

• Execute and adapt the global HR strategy in LATAM local markets.
• Develop HR initiatives, policies, procedures for alignment across functions.
• Manage HR projects: planning, recruitment, development, engagement, comp and benefits, policies, employer branding, safety, performance, analytics, administration.
• Develop and oversee recruitment strategy to attract gaming operations talent and reduce turnover.
• Drive employer branding in local markets with global and local teams.
• Support HR and recruitment projects across potential new LATAM locations and mentor HR team members.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and adapt the global HR strategy in the local markets including initiating and managing the development of HR department business plans, objectives and budget
• Together with the HR team develop HR initiatives, approaches, policies and procedures to achieve alignment among all functions
• Initiate and manage the completion of HR Department projects and tasks including Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Policies and Procedures, Employer Branding, Health and Safety, Performance Management, HR Analytics & Statistics and Administration
• Develop and oversee recruitment strategy to attract quality talent with a focus on gaming operations, management and administration as well as develop strategical and tactical action plans to reduce turnover and increase length of stay
• Develop and implement tactics to drive positioning as an employer of choice in the local markets together with the global and local Employer Branding teams
• Develop, coordinate and guide HR and recruitment projects across the potential new locations during the research and launch stage
• Support the development and mentorship of your HR team members across LATAM based locations

Qualifications

• Higher academic or professional education in Human Resources
• Proven experience (minimum of 8 years) as an HR leader or senior HRBP
• Fluent inEnglish,Spanish and Portuguese
• Experience in developing and leading HR operational excellence preferably in high-growth environments
• Experience in talent acquisition, including both high-volume and specialist / managerial recruitment
• Experience in coaching people at all levels as well as excellence in stakeholder management
• Solid knowledge of employment law in LATAM focusing on Colombia, Argentina, Brazil and Costa Rica
