DNV is seeking a dedicated HR Operations professional to deliver end-to-end support for South America, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. You will partner with managers and HR teams to drive efficient processes and ongoing improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, fluency in English, and native Portuguese, with MS Office proficiency. This is a time-limited position covering regional operations in South America until 2027.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Experience in HR Operations, especially in Shared Services.
• Fluent English and native Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
• Process employee transactions and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Manage internship and temporary employee, including contract renewals, conversions and terminations.
• Coordinate employment documentation, contract addendums and signature collection.
• Maintain employee documentation and electronic personnel files.
• Provide operational support to employees, managers and HR stakeholders across South America.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

About The Role

Responsible for delivering HR operational support across South America, ensuring efficient execution of employee lifecycle processes, data integrity, compliance and stakeholder support.
