Confidential Careers is seeking a Senior Manager, LATAM Compensation to drive compensation initiatives across Latin America. This strategic role partners with senior leaders, HR teams, and global stakeholders to ensure competitive, equitable, and market-aligned programs that support business growth and talent objectives.

You will lead regional planning, market benchmarking, job evaluations, salary structures, and incentive programs, providing insights for decisions across multiple countries.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or related HR functions within multinational organizations.
  • Strong understanding of compensation practices across Latin America.
  • Experience supporting multiple countries and working with regional stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and compensation analysis tools.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required; Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead compensation programs and initiatives across Latin America.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support compensation and talent strategies.
  • Manage annual compensation planning activities, including salary reviews and incentive programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and competitive analysis to maintain external competitiveness.
  • Provide guidance on job evaluations, pay structures, and organizational design.
  • Analyze compensation data and develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and consistency of compensation practices across the region.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and transformation initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to align regional and global priorities.

A leading global organization is seeking a Senior Manager, LATAM Compensation to drive compensation initiatives across Latin America. This strategic role will partner closely with business leaders, HR teams, and global stakeholders to ensure competitive, equitable, and market-aligned compensation programs that support business growth and talent objectives.

In this position, you will play a critical role in regional compensation planning, market analysis, job evaluations, salary structures, incentive programs, and organizational initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing recommendations and insights that enable effective decision-making across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead compensation programs and initiatives across Latin America.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to support compensation and talent strategies.
  • Manage annual compensation planning activities, including salary reviews and incentive programs.
