DNV Germany Holding GmbH is seeking an HR Operations professional to support South America, ensuring accurate employee records, compliant processes, and timely lifecycle activities. The role partners with managers, HR colleagues and external institutions to deliver high-quality HR services and drive continuous improvements.

The position is time-limited, ending June 30th, 2027, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and documentation management across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding processes.
• Process employee transactions and maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Manage internship and temporary employee, including contract renewals, conversions and terminations.
• Coordinate employment documentation, contract addendums and signature collection.
• Maintain employee documentation and electronic personnel files.
• Provide operational support to employees, managers and HR stakeholders across South America.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
