The Omada Marketing team is focused on creating awareness and engaging people for lasting, healthy change. We are looking for a creative, growth-minded marketing professional to join our Growth Marketing team to drive member acquisition by leading the content strategy and development of prospect marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and client-led channels.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, strategizing, developing and optimizing marketing communications designed to acquire new members. In addition, the Senior Growth Marketing Manager will identify and test new opportunities outside of our current channels to expand our reach.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience with direct marketing to consumers; healthcare or regulated industry is preferred
  • Direct marketing experience must include developing email, direct mail and digital campaigns to drive acquisition
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation and personalization
  • Comfortable and competent in evaluating creative assets, including email designs, imagery, and copywriting, to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives
  • Proven ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to creative agencies/vendors, guiding them to deliver high-quality, impactful email creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive enrollments
  • Experience developing and executing A/B and multivariate tests across email, direct mail and landing pages
  • Data driven; well versed in marketing analytics and knowledgeable about factors that contribute to enrollment rate
  • An attitude of constant optimization - scaling what’s working and improving what’s not
  • Experience writing clear and succinct creative briefs that provide the necessary direction to align cross functional teams
  • Experience managing and communicating with agency partners
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing complex projects
  • Ability to work independently
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; attention to detail is a must
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and ambiguity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-centric and passionate about serving Omada’s customer base

Your impact:

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Omada Health, you’ll have a chance to make a significant contribution by developing new and optimizing existing strategies to maximize enrollments. In this role, you will:

  • Drive member acquisition by leading the development of marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, and client-led channels.
  • Plan, launch and measure tests in email, direct mail, digital, landing page and new channels, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders such as analytics, marketing operations, and agency partners.
  • Build creative briefs and work with the creative team and partners to scope, produce and iterate on campaign creative.
  • Monitor campaign performance and continually identify opportunities for improvement.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience in Healthcare, B2B2C, or high-growth environments
  • Hands on experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Braze, Salesforce preferred)
  • Skill in using Adobe Creative Suite for design modification
  • Deep analytical skills and experience with Tableau

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $128,800 - $161,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $123,200 - $154,000*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.

*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
