A dynamic outsourcing company is seeking a Sales Executive to work 100% remotely with top U.S. clients. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of outbound sales experience and be fluent in English. You will actively prospect, manage a B2B pipeline, and close deals while tracking your performance in CRM tools. Competitive compensation in both reais and dollars, along with career growth opportunities, are offered.

Qualificações

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience.
  • Fluent English for daily U.S. client interactions.
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools.

Sales Executive (Fluent English) | 100% Remote

Blue Dot BPO, a Brazilian outsourcing company, connects Brazilian and LATAM talent with top North American clients. We’re looking for sales professionals ready to take their careers global.

What We Offer
  • R$4,500 / month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses
  • 100% remote – sell directly to the U.S. market

  • Monday to Friday, 12h–21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)
What You’ll Do
  • Prospect actively: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach
  • Manage a strong B2B pipeline and qualify leads
  • Respond fast to inbound opportunities
  • Book meetings with U.S. executives and close deals
  • Track activities and KPIs in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years outbound sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
  • Fluent English (C1 / C2) – daily contact with U.S. clients
  • CRM / prospecting tools experience
  • Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results
Nice to Have
  • Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, autodialers
  • Previous experience with U.S. sales market
  • Consistent record of exceeding outbound targets
