A leading technology company in São Paulo is seeking a Regional Sales Enablement Consultant to implement training programs that enhance the sales team's skills. The role requires assessing training needs, delivering effective training, and supporting project management for global development. The Regional Sales Enablement Consultant is responsible for implementing global training programs within South and Central/America that enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. This role involves assessing training needs, creating/tailoring engaging content, and delivering effective training sessions to drive sales success. In addition, this function will support or partially take over the project & program management for global training development and introduction.
