A leading software development company in Brazil seeks a Sales Development Representative to engage and qualify leads through various communication channels. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in sales development, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of B2B sales. This role offers a challenging environment where learning and growth are encouraged.

Responsabilidades

  • Reply to leads via emails and social media to generate interest.
  • Engage with prospects to assess their needs and challenges.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the Client Partner team.
  • Follow up with interested leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Track key performance metrics and provide reports to management.

2+ years in sales development positions
2+ years of experience in B2B companies

What you will do
  • Reply to leads via emails, social media messages, and other communication channels to generate interest and qualify leads;
  • Engage with prospects to assess their needs, pain points, challenges, and budget to determine qualification;
  • Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the Client Partner team with qualified prospects;
  • Follow up with leads who have shown interest and nurture them through the sales funnel, including internal follow-ups on lead status;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead status in the company’s CRM;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads;
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and self-directed learning;
  • Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates and SLA, providing regular reports to management.
Must haves
  • 2+ years in sales development positions;
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B companies;
  • CRM hands-on experience;
  • Strong Communication Skills;
  • Eagerness to learn;
  • Basic Sales Skills;
  • Resilience and persistence;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Strong sales acumen;
