Your function

In the position at Risk Analist you have responsible for translating GBU and country business needs into an optimized flow process (underwriting) with heavy reliance on automated credit processes, as well as optimizing the manual decisioning process, coordinating the implementation and testing process related to automated credit scoring in order to optimize the trade‑off between profitability and risk limitations, and for reporting and monitoring (1st line of defense) related to retail credit decisioning.

  • Design, implement and maintain automated credit decisioning tools and processes, in line with business requirements and procedural and regulatory frameworks, to ensure efficient and effective use of decisioning tools;
  • Liaise and work together with various (international) stakeholders;
  • Proactively involve group functions to discuss and prioritize improvements to the automated decision process;
  • Ensure that the Credit Engine Tool is working well in all countries;
  • Support countries in identifying and obtaining new data sources to improve digital processes.
