Responsibilities

• Support the continuous improvement of EBANX’s pricing strategy through internal analysis and external benchmarking, identifying trends, gaps and opportunities for competitive advantage.
• Lead strategic pricing and revenue initiatives, from ideation to execution, acting as PMO to align cross-functional stakeholders, ensure accountability and deliver measurable results.
• Conduct in-depth financial data analysis, tapping into databases and transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive both revenue growth and cost efficiency.
• Manage and evolve the company's pricing tools, building new functionalities and automations to support and improve the negotiation workflow.
• Maintain and enhance cost control and pricing databases by consolidating data from multiple teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in our pricing structures.

Must-haves to shine in this role:

• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Advanced SQL.
• Proven experience working with data environments and building tools.

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
• Previous experience in Finance.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations.
