As a Regulatory Specialist III , working within our Taste & Wellbeing division in São Paulo (Zona Oeste), you'll report to the Sr.

Regulatory Manager and will provide regulatory support to internal and external customers to ensure that all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, according to legal requirements and corporate guidelines.

As part of Givaudan, you'll work on :

Provide Regulatory Support
  • Provide internal customers with compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious timeframe to meet global commercial, creation, and research programs;
  • Provide sales support in commercializing assigned products;
  • Identify issues relevant to commercial opportunities;
  • Work with commercial teams, providing regulatory support;
  • Assist regulatory managers;
Customer Support
  • Create customer documents;
  • Identify issues related to customer opportunities;
  • Develop relationships with assigned customer contacts;
  • Gather information on assigned customer requirements;
  • Deliver support, fulfilling meeting customer expectations;
We're looking for :
  • 3 or more years of Regulatory experience;
  • Intermediate level of English for internal communication, training and events;
  • Affinity for working with documents and different processes;
  • Partial to build interpersonal relations and collaborate with different teams;
