The role emphasizes sourcing on job boards and professional networks, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and refining job descriptions with hiring teams to meet market needs.

Qualificações

• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct structured interviews.
• Familiarity with technical recruitment processes.
