Role Overview

• Deliver reliable lab results to support R&D and operational activities in a timely manner by leading, inspiring and motivating a capable and engaged team.
• Safety in all operations is a must.

Whilst keeping technical activities and employees safe, reliable and motivated, you will be challenged to seek for more efficient processes by working with new technologies (throughput), process design and external parties.

Skills

Education

• Bachelor in Chemistry; MSc / PhD in Analytical or Physico-Chemistry are a plus;
• Fluent in English.

Experience

• Proved experience leading technical teams;
• Structured know-how and training in chromatography / spectroscopy techniques GC / HPLC / MS / FID / ICP among others;
• Entrepreneurship;
• High energy and restlessness with the status quo pursuing its improvement;
• Aligned purpose (sustainable chemistry);
• Inspiring and aligned with DEI efforts.
