Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a Process Improvement Engineer to map end-to-end processes, structure and optimize them, and lead cross‑functional improvement initiatives.

You will perform analyses and diagnostics, address the needs of operational leaders, develop, train on, and review processes and standards, and conduct field audits, while coordinating with internal stakeholders to align efforts and resolve frictions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong logical and analytical reasoning.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of process mapping and structuring.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different areas.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
