Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead cross-functional projects and standardize processes. You will map AS-IS workflows, design TO-BE solutions, and run improvement events to deliver measurable savings and efficiency gains.

Requirements include Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, strong data analysis, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Familiarity with agile methods is a plus; a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality tools.
• Experience with data analysis and presentation software such as Excel, PowerPoint, BI.
• Mastery of quality tools like flowcharts, histograms, control charts and DMAIC/PDCA/5S.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses to drive operational excellence by standardizing processes and implementing innovative solutions.
• Experience in projects: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor improvement projects from scope definition through implementation and evaluation of results.
• Map and analyze existing workflows, documenting current processes (AS-IS) and proposing optimized processes (TO-BE).
• Facilitate workshops and improvement events with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of operational excellence across the organization.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify root causes of issues and create statistical views of variation and correlation, among others, to support decision-making.
• Manage the portfolio of improvement initiatives, prioritizing based on objectives and considering impact and effort.
• Disseminate continuous improvement concepts to employees, acting as a change agent.
• Prepare executive presentations showing results, savings, and the impact of improvements.
• Support process standardization efforts.
• Innovate with ideas and solutions for complex problems.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methods: methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other quality management tools.
• Project management tools: Familiarity with project management tools as well as data analysis and presentation software such as Excel, PowerPoint, BI, and others.
• Mastery of quality tools: Knowledge of tools such as flowcharts, histograms, control charts, and other techniques for analysis and process improvement such as DMAIC, PDCA, and 5S.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree).
