Jobtailor in Brazil seeks a Process Improvement Analyst to map and optimize operations, identify bottlenecks, document workflows, and propose structured solutions to raise productivity.

You will collaborate across departments to drive end-to-end process excellence, track KPIs, and support strategic objectives using Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, and BPM.

Proficiency with Excel and Power BI, ERP or workflow tools, and strong communication to facilitate meetings and influence teams is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Experience with BPM mapping and BPMN notations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen and BPM concepts.
• Data analysis and KPI skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI for data visualization.
• ERP/workflow/automation systems knowledge.
• PM/Agile/PMBOK project management familiarity.
• Ability to analyze problems and propose structured solutions.
• Understanding of value chain and end-to-end processes.
• Strategic management knowledge and performance indicators.
• Critical thinking to identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Understand, structure, and optimize the organization’s operations by mapping processes, documenting workflows, analyzing bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proposing solutions to increase productivity.
• Reduce costs and improve the quality of outcomes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring performance indicators and ensuring processes are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed)
• Technical knowledge: Process mapping (BPM): use of tools and notations such as BPMN;
• Continuous improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Kaizen; Business Process Management (BPM) and operational efficiency concepts;
• Data analysis and KPIs;
• Analysis tools: advanced Excel (tables, charts, basic VBA), Power BI or similar;
• Systems knowledge: ERP, workflow or automation tools;
• Project management: familiarity with methodologies such as Agile or PMBOK;
• Ability to analyze problems and propose structured solutions;
• Understanding of the value chain and end-to-end processes;
• Basic knowledge of strategic management and performance indicators;
• Critical thinking to identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities;
• Clear communication (to interact with different areas);
