Jobtailor in Fortaleza, Brazil seeks a detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and keep programs on track.

You will plan schedules, monitor milestones, track KPIs, manage risks, and maintain governance and documentation across teams, with strong Excel and BI experience as a plus.

Responsibilities also include preparing executive presentations, updating management tools, and ensuring artifacts and lessons learned are organized for future projects.

Qualificações

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical with ability to interpret KPIs.
• Familiar with agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, PMBOK).
• Advanced Excel; Power BI experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with cross-functional teams.
