Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks a Process Analyst to conduct surveys, map processes, and prepare standardization documents. You will identify inputs/outputs, risks, controls, and owners while supporting BPM modeling and documentation updates across corporate repositories.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, automation opportunities, and KPI development, with involvement in transformation and audit support to drive efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Information Systems or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of process management and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of flowcharts and BPMN.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, organization and communication.
• Desirable: basic knowledge of AI tools that support process automation and optimization.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, ARIS, Notebook LM or similar).
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies, ISO 9001 or ISO 55001.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct process surveys with business areas through interviews, workshops and working meetings.
• Prepare flowcharts, process maps, procedures, work instructions and other standardization documents.
• Identify process inputs, outputs, activities, interfaces, risks, controls and process owners.
• Support process modeling using BPM (Business Process Management) methodology and BPMN notation.
• Update and maintain corporate repositories of processes and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for simplification, automation and efficiency gains.
• Contribute to the definition of process performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in transformation, digitization and organizational review projects.
• Support internal and external audits by providing and updating process documentation.
• Prepare executive presentations and progress reports for process initiatives.
