Jobtailor is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst in São Paulo to map, document, and update business processes and procedures. You will serve as a knowledge resource and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will develop training, lead improvement projects, and support audits for ISO 9001, 20000, and 27001 while gathering requirements to improve Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or related field (in progress or completed).
• Knowledge of process mapping and documentation.
• Knowledge of BPMN and Design Thinking.
• Knowledge of demand management tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• ITIL 4 certification.
• COBIT certification.
• Knowledge of audits for ISO 9001, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001.
