Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to monitor maintenance-related activities, develop dashboards, and consolidate data from multiple databases.

You will track KPIs and SLAs, identify bottlenecks, prepare action plans, and present recommendations to leadership with executive-level reports. The ideal candidate has strong Excel and Power BI skills, a background in process management or business analytics, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Process Management or related fields.
• Experience in process analysis, operational management or performance indicators management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards and management reports.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, SLAs and operational indicators.
• Analytical ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience preparing executive presentations.
• Comfortable interacting with multiple areas and hierarchical levels.

• Produce executive presentations containing analyses, results and recommendations.
