Responsibilities

• Own product execution for a defined area, articulating direction and influencing cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to understand customer segments and validate solutions
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer impact and market dynamics
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to drive product development
• Define and track success metrics, using data to inform product decisions and trade-offs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a transferable role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven experience managing cross-functional, technology-enabled initiatives
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startups or fast-paced environments with a track record of driving growth for B2B products
• Experience leading cross-functional sprint teams comprised of design, engineering, and QA
• Ability to create simple, intuitive user experiences that address complex problems
• Demonstrated experience using user insights and analytics to inform product decisions
• Experience in owning and managing a product roadmap for 2+ years
