A leading design and technology firm based in Porto Alegre, Brazil is seeking a professional skilled in designing conversational GenAI experiences. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess strong UX writing, documentation, and design skills. Responsibilities include creating flowcharts, testing interaction solutions, and collaborating using modern design tools. Familiarity with Agile methods and experience in strategic design and service design are highly valued. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the design process and an ability to navigate UI constraints.

Key Requirements

English-speaking (mandaroty)

• Design & Documentation Skills
• Strong capability in Information Architecture, Interaction Flow documentation, and UX Writing
• Experience designing conversational GenAI experiences (WhatsApp-based)
• Comfortable working within UI constraints (this is not a Figma- or visual-heavy role)
• Ability to create and maintain system- and conversation-oriented flowcharts (e.g. FigJam), clearly documenting:
• Flow variations and bifurcations
• Conditions and logic
• How flows connect and interact with other systems
• Strong UX writing skills, including guidance on how the assistant should and should not communicate in generative responses
• Testing & QA Exposure
• Experience testing conversational or interaction-based solutions
• Ability to document bugs, interaction issues, and design gaps clearly and feed these back to developers and the client
• Note: Testing environment is via WhatsApp, and only Brazilian phone numbers can interact with it (mandatory requirement)
• Additional information
• Familiarity with Agile and Design Thinking methods
• hands-on experience shaping digital products, services, and/or new ventures (or equivalent experience) in roles such as Service Designer, Value Proposition/ Business Designer or CX/Digital Product Designer, etc.
• Skillset expertise focused on strategic design, research, UX/UI, service design, omnichannel experience design, and/or digital product design
• Experience with all parts of the design process, from early-stage insights gathering to strategy definition, concepting, and prototyping
• Fluency in working with state-of-the-art collaboration and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Webflow, Adobe CS), exposure to GenAI Design tools
