Job summary

A Gep está buscando um Profissional de Procurement/Sourcing para atuar no Brasil, liderando projetos estratégicos de sourcing, transformando requisitos de negócio em ações, e trabalhando com fornecedores para otimizar custos e desempenho.

O(a) profissional será responsável por manter conformidade, monitorar SLAs e facilitar a melhoria contínua em operações de sourcing, com foco em resultados para clientes globais da Gep.

Qualifications

• Experiência comprovada em sourcing estratégico e gestão de projetos.
• Capacidade de analisar dados financeiros e indicadores de performance.
• Visão de negócio com entendimento de mercados e cadeia de suprimentos.

Responsibilities

• Executar projetos de sourcing estratégico de categorias.
• Preparar scripts de negociação e fechar contratos com novos fornecedores.
• Aplicar expertise para impactar a posição estratégica do cliente.
• Gerenciar atividades de sourcing e manter conformidade com padrões do cliente.
• Colaborar com parceiros internos e externos para decisões alinhadas com o escopo organizacional.
• Gerenciar alocação de projetos e apoiar kickoff.
• Monitorar SLAs de satisfação e promover melhorias contínuas, incluindo recrutamento.

What you will do

• Execute Complex and strategic sourcing projects of categories/sub-categories to include: translating business requirements into clear statements of Work, solicits bids, leads auctions.
• Should prepare negotiation scripts and negotiate with suppliers, makes recommendations, helps on-board, qualifies and contracts with new vendor and ensures compliance
• Demonstrated ability to apply and translate business expertise to breakthrough thinking that significantly impacts the clients long-term strategic position, thought leaders.
• Manage and optimize functional sourcing support activities while ensuring adherence to clients corporate standards. Provide necessary information input to enablement group
• Engage with internal & external business partners to ensure that decisions are based on the broad scope of the organization and achieve optimum daily execution
• Manage project allocation, support team members during kick off meeting and share best practices
• Monitoring performance satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement initiatives , participate in recruitment
