The Strategic Sourcing Services organization is looking for a Procurement Associate Analyst.

Sourcing Services in Brazil is based in São Paulo and supports the needs of Latin America working together with business partners to understand and support their needs for new suppliers' services, relationships, and products in order to help those areas to achieve their goals and contribute to the growing of the company.

Your Impact

• Driving regular meetings with our internal partners to identify their demands, priorities, possible solutions versus budget.
• Searching and onboarding new suppliers.
• You'll be responsible for the relationship with suppliers: participate in meetings, quotes, proposals, RFPs / RFPIs.
• You'll own the Procurement process checking: documentation, contracts signatures and internal approvals.
• We know things can always be done better, so you'll have the chance to propose process improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
• At least 3 years of validated experience in a similar position in purchasing areas, involving supplier onboarding, performance analysis and management of requests for internal clients.
• Good knowledge of the procurement processes and the provided services by the suppliers (contracts, terms and conditions, legal aspects).
• Familiar with processes, policies, internal controls and audit.
• Intermediate or proficient English.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with an ERP-type software (Preferred Oracle - Purchase Module) will be a plus.
• Basic or intermediate level in Spanish.
