Responsabilidades

• Procure materials, services, and equipment through market research.
• Propose commercial agreements and contracts, including payment terms and barter arrangements.
• Issue purchase orders and send them to suppliers by email.
• Follow up on the procurement process to ensure compliance with negotiated terms.
• Analyze procurement processes and select the appropriate contractual instrument.
• Mitigate legal, financial, and technical risks for the company.
• Support internal customers by providing up-to-date information on procurement processes.
• Conduct studies and research on internal processes to ensure the accuracy of published information.
• Interact with suppliers and customers to identify best practices and share information internally.
