Jobtailor is seeking a procurement professional to drive technology sourcing from quotation through contract finalization. The role emphasizes supplier evaluation, terms optimization, and close collaboration with IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant, optimized acquisitions.

You will navigate logistics, inventory controls, and ERP-driven analytics to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement within the procurement function.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Previous procurement experience in technology companies, startups, or IT departments.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, etc.).
• Strategic Orientation, Evaluation and Decision-Making, Executional Excellence, Self-Confidence, Relationship Building, and Commitment.
• Experience with technology procurement processes, contract management, or logistics monitoring, as assessed through the application’s required questions.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations, negotiate, and finalize purchase orders for technology-focused materials and services.
• Evaluate and develop suppliers, seeking improved commercial terms, quality, and delivery times.
• Monitor and control logistics processes, including goods receipt, delivery deadlines, and supplier follow-up.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and keep inventory records and the system up to date.
• Perform cost, contract, and comparative analyses to support decision-making.
• Manage purchase requisitions in the Totvs ERP system.
• Work closely with IT, Finance, and Legal to align strategic acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with procurement requirements and the company's internal policies.
• Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects within the procurement function.
