Jobtailor is seeking a procurement leader in Brazil to drive Strategic Sourcing and Category Management across key categories. You will analyze markets, craft category strategies, and push for cost reductions while coordinating with internal clients and external suppliers.

The ideal candidate will bring MBA or procurement specialization, strong negotiation abilities, and familiarity with SAP, Ariba, or Coupa. This role requires collaboration across departments and executive-level reporting.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Category Management and Strategic Sourcing.
Experience negotiating high-value contracts.
Advanced negotiation skills.
Availability to work in Jundiaí, São Paulo, Brazil.
MBA or specialization in Procurement is a plus.
Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, and procurement platforms like Ariba/Coupa is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Work on the strategic planning of procurement activities for the assigned category, analyzing the market and identifying internal opportunities.
Conduct spend analysis for the category
Lead Strategic Sourcing processes
Foster integration across all company departments by managing stakeholders, requesting departments, suppliers, and other areas involved
Drive cost reductions in current contracts by developing new alternatives
Establish supply agreements through contracts to generate savings in negotiations
Develop category strategy through category management, Strategic Sourcing, and sourcing tools
Ensure performance targets are met by monitoring performance indicators and taking preventive and corrective actions
Conduct annual planning for category contracts and coordinate demand planning with internal client areas
Develop strategic relationships with suppliers
Monitor changes in prices charged by suppliers
Support leadership in process improvement initiatives aimed at transforming procurement efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
Maintain close relationships with business areas and a strong customer focus
Serve as a technical reference and provide support to other buyers
Set an example for the team through behavior aligned with company values
Prepare executive presentations for projects under your responsibility

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of sourcing tools and methodologies, including TCO, cost breakdown, Porter's Five Forces, Kraljic, cost drivers, and others
Experience in Category Management
Experience leading Strategic Sourcing processes for the assigned category
Experience negotiating high-value contracts
Experience with cost breakdown analysis
Advanced negotiation skills
Knowledge of procurement processes and taxation related to the acquisition of materials and services
Experience creating presentations for executive reporting
Availability to work in Jundiaí, São Paulo, Brazil
MBA or specialization in Procurement or a related field is a plus
Knowledge of ERP systems - SAP is a plus
Knowledge of procurement platforms - Ariba, Coupa, or others - is a plus
Courses and practical experience in Strategic Sourcing are a plus
