Jobtailor in Minas Gerais, Brazil is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage moderately complex purchasing, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure inventory accuracy.

You will oversee ERP-based processes, demand planning, and KPI tracking, driving cost efficiency and supplier development in a dynamic Operations environment.

Qualificações

• Completed university degree is required.
• Experience purchasing IT materials and services, general and technical.
• Minimum 2 years in general and technical purchasing.
• Minimum 1 year in inventory management and logistics.
• Strong negotiation techniques.
• Knowledge of demand planning.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• At least 2 years of ERP experience.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Execute moderately complex purchasing processes, prioritizing procurement requests from the Operations department.
• Comply with the purchasing policy.
• Identify potential suppliers.
• Prepare competitive bidding processes and quotation comparison sheets.
• Select and negotiate with suppliers in accordance with company guidelines.
• Monitor and ensure deliveries are made as agreed.
• Keep requesting departments informed about the status of procurement processes.
• Develop new suppliers.
• Create purchase orders and monitor approvals according to approval authority levels.
• Execute internal procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Keep performance indicators up to date.
• Analyze indicators and define action plans.
• Propose continuous improvements to processes and systems.
• Monitor the transit of goods.
• Support the receipt, storage, and dispatch of equipment and materials.
• Ensure financial efficiency, supply predictability, and risk mitigation across the supply chain.
