Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to manage CAPEX and OPEX procurement for industrial services, engineering, and plant expansions. You will lead strategic sourcing, complex negotiations, and ensure compliance across contracts.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, supplier development, KPI tracking with Power BI, and coordination with engineering, legal, tax, and operations teams. Excellent English and a postgraduate qualification are required.

• Manage CAPEX and OPEX procurement for industrial services, engineering, plant expansions, and consulting services
• Lead strategic procurement processes and complex, high-criticality negotiations
• Lead sourcing processes, competitive bidding, and highly complex commercial negotiations
• Analyze and technically and commercially level bids, identifying cost-reduction opportunities
• Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring legal, tax, and compliance requirements are met
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with financial and operational objectives
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) assessments
• Identify, qualify, develop, and evaluate strategic suppliers
• Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports to support decision-making
• Monitor contract execution, ensuring agreed quality, deadlines, and service levels are met
• Act as the guardian of Procurement policies, mitigating risks and ensuring process governance
• Coordinate the expediting and follow-up of critical contracts and purchase orders
• Maintain strong interaction with technical, engineering, operations, legal, and tax teams
• Maintain a continuous focus on cost reduction, value creation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes
