Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to monitor order backlogs, ensure material availability, and optimize planning through ERP systems and data tools.

The candidate will analyze inventory levels, coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and Logistics, and support improvements in forecasting, reporting, and process automation to enhance on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, filters, and data analysis.
• Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and communication in a corporate environment.
• Basic knowledge of or experience with ERP systems.
• Understanding of inventory management, material planning, logistics, and supply chain concepts.
• Analytical ability to identify variances, interpret data, and support decision-making.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different areas of the organization.
• Knowledge of MRP and material planning processes.
• Previous experience, including internships, in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Purchasing, International Trade, Customer Care, or related areas.
• Familiarity with metrics such as backlog, past due orders, inventory coverage, service level, and on-time delivery.
• Experience with ERP systems in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of report automation and continuous process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze the sales order backlog daily, considering priorities, requested dates, and commitments to customers.
• Evaluate availability of finished products, components, and raw materials needed to fulfill orders.
• Identify and analyze sourcing strategies for domestic, imported, and internally produced materials.
• Monitor inventory levels, purchase orders, production orders, materials in transit, and expected receipt dates.
• Identify risks of delays, stockouts, or material unavailability; communicate impacts and propose actions with involved areas.
• Support the definition and updating of expected production, invoicing, delivery, and order fulfillment dates.
• Track order progress with Purchasing, International Trade, PPC, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.
• Keep planning and order fulfillment information up to date in ERP systems and team tracking tools.
• Support prioritization of production orders and replenishment needs based on demand and customer commitments.
• Participate in backlog and Supply Chain review meetings, presenting analyses, risks, open issues, and fulfillment forecasts.
• Provide Customer Care and Sales teams with clear and reliable information on order status.
• Monitor performance indicators, including backlog, past due orders, service level, inventory coverage, material availability, and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and analyses using Excel, Power BI, and other data management tools.
• Support continuous improvement and process automation initiatives, as well as efforts to increase information accuracy and reliability.
• Contribute to the integration of information flows across different areas of the supply chain.
