Jobtailor is seeking a replenishment planning analyst to analyze operational data, develop network replenishment plans, and ensure alignment between production schedules and inventory availability. You will monitor stock levels, track execution from orders to receipt, and actively participate in S&OE meetings.

The role requires SAP PP/MM knowledge, Advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule in Brazil.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Technical knowledge of the SAP system.
• Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Technical knowledge of SAP PP and MM modules; experience with Margin Minder-UXT is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are a plus.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:18 p.m.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze operational data to support planning and decision-making.
• Develop the network replenishment plan in accordance with established policies.
• Track the execution of replenishment schedules, from order creation through receipt at the destination facility.
• Monitor inventory levels in conjunction with storage capacity.
• Track execution of the production plan, ensuring schedules align with inventory availability, the demand plan, and receiving capacity.
• Identify future stockout risks and take preventive action to mitigate them.
• Monitor area performance indicators, such as Warehouse Fill Rate, and propose actions to prevent stockouts.
• Actively participate in weekly S&OE meetings by providing replenishment information and highlighting key areas requiring attention.
