Jobtailor in São Paulo seeks an experienced air import coordinator to manage shipments from origin to Brazil. You will coordinate with origin agents, monitor processes, and ensure accurate data entry and documentation across systems.

The role requires knowledge of international logistics, documentation review, and proficient English communication. Relevant university degree and MS Office skills are expected.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in air import operations.
• Knowledge of foreign trade operational procedures and international logistics.
• Experience monitoring international shipments from start to finish.
• Experience reviewing documentation for import processes.
• Knowledge of data entry and operational controls in business systems.
• Experience with freight forwarders, cargo agents, or international logistics companies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate air import shipments with origin agents.
• Monitor processes from cargo pickup overseas through arrival in Brazil.
• Maintain contact with international agents, airlines, clients, and service providers involved.
• Send clients shipment status follow-ups.
• Issue and send pre-alerts and shipment confirmations.
• Review import documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, House AWB, and Master AWB.
• Create records, enter data, and update processes in the corporate system.
• Ensure operational and documentary information is entered accurately.
• Resolve incidents and support other departments throughout the operational workflow.
• Perform other duties related to the role.
