Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned PMO/Project Manager to drive end-to-end initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methods. You will orchestrate demand management, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-ready reporting across cross-functional teams.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, manage risks, monitor scope, and continuously improve processes. Strong communication, ownership of portfolio, and experience with PMO roles are essential.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations or related field.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall; ability to define success metrics and dashboards.
English level: intermediate to advanced; will be tested.
Experience as PMO or Project Manager managing portfolios.
Translate requests into plans with milestones, owners, dependencies and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

Lead projects from start to finish using Agile and Waterfall approaches.
Analyze demand, capacity, dependencies, and pipeline.
Translate prioritized requests into execution plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and KPIs.
Ensure an owner, KPIs, success criteria, and an execution plan before initiatives move forward.
Rigorously monitor scope changes.
Act as focal point and facilitator across diverse teams.
Identify, communicate, and remove cross-functional blockers, gaps, and dependencies.
Conduct risk analyses and propose strategic mitigation scenarios.
Develop action plans to resolve issues during and after implementations.
Prepare weekly status reports, Gantt charts, and executive presentations for leadership.
Coordinate schedules and lead tracking forums and ceremonies.
Prepare meeting minutes and summaries for documentation and follow-up.
Lead strategic agendas and tactical forums with cross-functional involvement and commitment.
Drive and implement continuous improvement in demand management, prioritization, and execution.
Identify opportunities to simplify, integrate, and automate internal processes.

Requirements

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall/Gantt)
Ability to define success metrics, create management dashboards, and use generative and analytical AI
Proficiency in creating executive presentations and using scheduling and task management tools (boards)
Continuous improvement mindset and process design capabilities
Ability to act as an impartial project steward and collaborate with different teams
Ability to adapt communication to the audience's level and influence decisions without direct hierarchical authority
Focus on removing blockers and proposing scenarios in the face of crises or structural risks
Highly organized, with the ability to coordinate schedules, document meetings, and present data to leadership
Autonomy and a strong sense of ownership of the portfolio
Experience as a PMO, Project Manager, or Strategic Governance professional managing portfolios
Experience serving as a point of contact between Technology and business teams
Proven experience tracking KPIs, preparing executive status reports, and developing dashboards
Hands-on experience structuring demand management processes in teams or companies undergoing methodological maturity
Previous experience with operational processes and Continuous Improvement
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or a related field
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency — will be tested
