• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in high-growth operations (scale-ups, startups, or consulting firms) - a plus
• Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar) - a plus
• Experience with data analysis and defining operational KPIs - a plus
• Experience with process automation or digitization projects - a plus
